Buildings for the owners who work in them
We build in the range where owner-occupants usually sit: 3,000 to 40,000 square feet, often a first building, often financed by a local bank or SBA loan. These are the building types we take on.
Medical & dental clinics
4,000–15,000 SF · 8–12 months
Exam and operatory layouts, plumbing and medical gas coordinated with equipment vendors, separate HVAC zones for procedure rooms, and accessible entries and restrooms.
Childcare centers
6,000–12,000 SF · 7–10 months
Classroom ratios drive the plan. We coordinate with state childcare licensing early, and plan fenced play areas, drop-off circulation, sprinkler and alarm systems, and durable finishes.
Houses of worship
Additions and new buildings, 5,000–25,000 SF · 9–16 months
Sanctuary, fellowship hall, classroom and narthex additions. We sequence work so services continue, and we give building committees phased budgets they can present to the congregation.
Contractor shops & flex buildings
6,000–30,000 SF · 6–10 months
Pre-engineered metal buildings with drive-through bays, wash bays, heated slabs where needed, mezzanine storage and a finished front office for staff and clients.
Professional offices
3,000–12,000 SF · 7–11 months
Single-tenant offices for accounting, legal, insurance and engineering firms. Wood or steel frame, energy code compliance under the 2024 Minnesota Commercial Energy Code, and room to expand.
Owner-user light industrial
10,000–40,000 SF · 8–14 months
Small manufacturing, assembly and distribution buildings for companies moving out of leased space. Dock and grade-level doors, power service sized for equipment, and office build-out.
